I think we are all ready.

We are doing this free photo to get people to our new studio. Having moved the studio in the past few months was a really hard job! And we know that many haven't been the new place yet. So hopefully this will be a great way to see many of my previous clients and maybe even meet a few new ones.

Remember we are doing this from 10am to 3pm.

2 Days

Well, it's official. I won't be alone on this upcoming Saturday! Because there are no appointments taken I havn't heard how many will be here, but I now know of at least 4 that are coming. I hope there will be lots more.
Here is a tip for clothing.
Simple is better then complex. Your eyes are drawn toward busy patterns, like stripes, polka dots or 'hawaiian' patterns. Solids are great for portraits. Remember, this is a photo of you not your clothes. Dark colors are better then light colors. Your eyes are also drawn to the lightest part of the photo. Now, if you want others to stare at the white shirt with blue polka dots, you know what to wear.

This Saturday!

It's only a few days till the free avitar photo day is here. Light rain is expected that day but really, we are from the state of Washington and can handle the rain! :)

Free Avitar Photo - One Day Only

Did you see the word Free???
Yes, I really mean free. Saturday the 22nd of May, that's in just 9 days, we will have the studio open from 10am to 3pm to say a big thank you to all who helped us to reopen our studio and lab. This is also a day to invite anyone who finds out about the free session to come down for a free avitar photo.
There are a couple of rules for this photo.
1) No more then 2 people in the photo. Families are too difficult for free. However, you can have each member of the family get their own photo taken separately.
2) Only one free avitar photo per family. Additional ones from same family are only $5 each.
3) If you want prints they will be avaiable at rock bottom prices. More on that later.
4) No appointments will be taken. First come first served. That could mean that I will be busy or no one will show up. We shall see.
5) No pets. Again too difficult for free.
6) No clothing changes. These are short sessions, so arrive in what you want to wear.
7) I will be shooting more then one photo per session, but let's not get carried away.
